Bailey Reid

Bailey Reid was born in 1810, in Lexington, Oglethorpe, Georgia, to Jacob Reid and Mary Elizabeth Staton.


GEORGIA

Bailey married Hannah Washington Williams in 1828, in Oglethorpe County, Georgia.

Bailey and Hannah had one son, Marcus De Lafayette (MDL) Reid.

It is not known where or when Bailey Reid died.  The family lore is that he left Georgia after 1830 and went to find gold in California.
